Pheasant and Wood Pigeon

Here are yet more pictures of birds in our yard. Below is a Wood Pigeon - very large birds almost like chickens with voracious appetites. They are good looking birds but eating machines and commonly shot in the area for destroying crops. The second picture is a better close up of the pheasant.

Snow in the Village

Over the Weekend Liv and Downy came to visit us. The weather report said cold change but we did not expect this much change. We woke up Sunday morning hung over to the max and surrounded by snow - very pretty and cold for all the lambs.
